The AT81CP is a pickup specifically designed for use in tonearms with T4P mounts.

Needle tip
There is no getting away from the fact that the needle is one of the most important components of a pickup. The material and shape of the needle determines so much of the final result. The AT81CP has a fused needle tip, which means that a diamond has been glued to the end of a needle, which in turn is fitted into the cantilever. The needle tip has a spherical grinding with a radius of 0.6 mil.
