GO.8 - The Smart Backup Switcher for Audio, Video and MIDI
GO.8 is an automatic switcher for backing up audio, video and MIDI. It can automatically switch between two audio systems with 8 channels each, two video sources and two MIDI devices. GO.8 is perfect for concerts and theater performances where sound and image must work.

Here's how it works:
Automatic switching: GO.8 detects if the main system stops working and then automatically switches to the backup system. The switching takes place with the help of an audio signal of 1 kHz via channel 8. If the signal is missing, the device switches to backup.
Manual shifting: You can also shift manually with a button on the front.
Multiple units linked together: When more channels are needed, multiple GO.8 units can be linked together to handle 16, 24 or 32 tracks.

Connections and use:
Audio inputs: Two groups of 8 inputs each. You can use either 6.35mm TRS connectors or 25-pin D-Sub connectors.
Audio outputs: XLR outputs on the front (for microphone level) and D-Sub outputs on the back (for line level).
Video and MIDI: Two video channels and two MIDI channels that can switch automatically along with the audio.
4K video support: Supports resolutions up to 3840x2160 (4K) at 30 Hz.

Additional features:
SMPTE time code: GO.8 can read time codes from channel 7 to synchronize audio and video in real time.
Dual power supply: Two power sources can be connected to avoid interruption in case of power failure.
Compatible with B.Beat devices: All outputs on B.Beat devices can be used without any need to be reserved for the GO.8.
