Takamine's CTP-2 preamp system gives you natural amplified tone
The Pro Series P7DC sports Takamine's CTP-2 preamp, giving you rich, clear-sounding amplified output - instantly. The included CTP-2 Cool Tube preamp features a three-band EQ, mid frequency knob, volume control, and a built-in tuner. The preamp is switched on by plugging a standard instrument cable into the endpin/strap pin jack. Unplugging the cable turns the preamp off. The CTP-2 utilizes a 12AU7 preamp tube for great-sounding acoustic tones.
