High quality listening for everyone - Transform your studio with ARC Studio
Today's top studio monitors increasingly use active advanced room correction, which greatly improves performance and usually guarantees flawless mixes. ARC Studio™ offers the same performance increase and accuracy regardless of which speaker brand you use in a flexible and smart format.
Dramatically improve your mixing accuracy
Your room has a big impact on how you hear your music. The size, shape, materials and furniture work together to distort the frequency and stereo balance of your monitors. ARC Studio analyzes and corrects these issues in minutes. ARC Studio analyzes and corrects the room's acoustic problems in minutes, giving you a clearer sound image with controlled bass, smoother transients and an accurate stereo image. When you can then trust what you hear, you will be more efficient at mixing with greater confidence.
Installs in minutes
ARC Studio combines the ARC-4 software, measurement microphone and a stand-alone hardware. Connect the microphone to the hardware and then be easily guided through the process, which measures several acoustic points in your listening position. IK's award-winning ARC technology then uses the measured 3D image to identify and fully correct any acoustic problems that may be degrading the performance of your monitors. The correction profile is then loaded into the ARC Studio processor which now sits between your audio source and your speakers. All incoming signals from your sound source are now adapted to your room, and the acoustic problems are gone.
Correct all studios
Whether your studio is console-based or mixing in-the-box, ARC Studio enables transparent correction and adjustment for any speaker setup, from nearfield to main monitors. For DAW-based studios, ARC Studio frees you from the hassle of having to use plugins on the master bus in your mix which can normally result in latency, and you can also listen to your preferred streaming service with an acoustically corrected listen. You can also create a profile for each configuration, listening position or even pair of monitors. Whether you're in a makeshift studio or a world-class studio, fine-tuning your listening to your taste has never been easier.
Contains monitoring simulations
ARC Studio also includes a simulation feature that transforms your monitor system into iconic studio monitors, popular hi-fi speakers and mobile devices, all with astonishingly lifelike results by accurately reproducing the frequency and phase response of the originals. With over 20 profiles included, you can now test your mix on different reference systems quickly with just a pair of monitors!
