Takamine has been building nylon string guitar for over five decades and is the perfect mix of classical and modern. Back in the 60’s, Master Luthier Mass Hirade designed a number of classical guitars and his original designs are the foundation of todays line up. All instruments are hand built in Japan and Takamine offers a lineup of both classical concert guitars as well as exciting crossover models for the modern guitarist.

Built around the same fine tonewoods as the classic Hirade H5, this means that you get solid rosewood back & sides paired with a solid cedar top. Equipped with a Takamine CTP-3 Cooltube preamp and is well suited for the active live musician. Comes in a sturdy hardcase.
