The loud SPL Core 4099 Classic Touring Kit with 4 Mics and Accessories from DPA includes four Core 4099 supercardioid microphones, four 1.6mm diameter extension cables, four XLR adapters, a guitar and a bass clip, four violin clips, two piano clips, and two cello clips delivered in a cardboard box (no case). This kit can be used to capture audio from several instruments in recording studios, live stages, and theater applications.
DPA Microphones Core 4099 Instrument Microphone (Loud SPL)
The loud SPL Core 4099 Instrument Microphone from DPA is a supercardioid microphone with a 5.5" gooseneck that is designed to capture audio in a variety of applications: from piano to guitar, strings to woodwinds, or brass to percussion instruments. You can move the mic to another instrument by using the designated clip (sold separately) to mount it correctly. The Core amplifier technology offers an increased performance and natural sound across the entire dynamic range. Furthermore, the supercardioid polar pattern allows the microphone to reject unwanted noise and accurately capture the true voice of your acoustic instrument. The Core 4099 requires a cable and adapter (sold separately).

DPA Microphones DAD6001 Microdot to 3-Pin XLR Adapter with Belt Clip
The DPA DAD6001 is an adapter featuring XLR and Microdot connections allowing you to attach a miniature DPA microphone to a preamp, mixer, camera, or similar device able to supply phantom power.

The adapter is functional at 12V, but requires 48V for the connected mic to reach full specifications. The active-signal balanced wiring allows for longer cable runs with less noise—with a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) that is better than 60 dB in the 50 Hz to 15 kHz range.
