Here is the opportunity to acquire a shiny shiny grand piano for your home - even without having to clear the entire living room and bank account, as with an acoustic grand piano. In addition, the Viva Grand never needs to be tuned, and you can turn it down and up.
Viva Grand
This elegant piano is the affordable shortcut to a home with a grand piano. Not only is the price quite attractive, but the Viva Grand is also not as Grand as the name suggests – at least not physically. On the other hand, the Viva Grand is big when it comes to sound and practical functions.
The Viva Grand is equipped with a Graded Hammer Action keyboard like on an acoustic grand piano, and it provides a playing experience that both experienced pianists and piano teachers will be more than satisfied with. There are of course also the expected sustain, sostenuto and soft pedals, like on an acoustic grand piano.
The built-in sound module and speaker system deliver a large and lifelike sound, and you can, in addition to the Grand Piano sound, also choose between 9 other related sounds.
The keyboard
At the heart of any quality piano is a good keyboard, and the Viva Grand is naturally equipped with an excellent Graded Hammer Action keyboard that is as responsive and dynamic as an acoustic grand. The advanced hammer action design provides a playing experience that will satisfy even the most demanding teacher or performer.
Graded Hammer Action means that the keys in the bass register are slightly heavier than those in the treble register, and that they imitate the feeling of playing a mechanical hammer keyboard, just like that of an acoustic grand piano.
Expressive sounds
In terms of sound, the Viva Grand offers samples of such high quality that you will experience a beautiful deep and expressive grand piano sound that is dynamic and alive. In addition, Viva Grand also has 9 additional sounds, such as Electric Piano 1 and 2, Harpsichord, Drawbar Organ, Church Organ, Accordion, String Ensemble and Synth Strings.
USB and other versatile connectivity options
The Viva Grand has a USB input that supports both MIDI and audio, so you can use the Viva Grand to play sounds and music from external devices as well as to record music on external devices. Otherwise, you can connect a computer or mobile phone to the AUX input, so you can play music from there, which you can practice to.
You also get Line Out, so you can connect the Viva Grand to a sound system if you want to play really loud, or you can connect headphones to the two headphone outputs if you want to play without others hearing you.
Practical functions
The Viva Grand also has a number of functions that you can greatly benefit from, depending on what you need the grand piano for.
The split function:
The split function is extremely practical for teaching or duet playing, as both teacher and student have the opportunity to play the piano at the same time, as the keyboard can be divided into two areas, which gives both teacher and student the opportunity to play the same music in the same octave. You can choose where on the keyboard the split point should be.
The Twinova feature:
Once you've activated the Split function, you can use the Twinova function to change the octave on either side of the split point. This allows you to play the duet in two different octaves.
The layer function:
Layer allows you to play with two sounds at the same time, and you can e.g. layer some atmospheric strings on top of your grand piano sound, creating an impressive soundscape.
In addition, you have the option of transposing, adding reverb, different levels of touch sensitivity and a metronome.
