The Meinl Sonic Energy Octave Steel Tongue Drum is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a bass tone in the centre plus additional eight tones around it. These eight tones consist of two
tones each delivering one tone in two octaves. This creates a wonderful, meditative sound reminiscent of a handpan.On the bottom of the drum is the sound hole that can be
closed with a silicone plug to make the sound even more compact. Three silicone feet at the bottom to keep the drum free from slipping. Play the Octave Steel Tongue Drum with mallets or with your fingers. A pair of rubber-headed mallets and a stylish bag with zip and handle are included.
